﵄، - ﷺ:
On the authority of Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There are no days during which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these days" — meaning the ten days. They said: "O Messenger of Allah, not even striving in the cause of Allah?" He said: "Not even striving in the cause of Allah, except for a man who went out with his own self and his wealth and returned with none of it." Narrated by al-Bukhārī.
