Hadith1634

- ﵁ - - ﷺ:

Jābir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Do not eat with the left hand, for Satan eats and drinks with the left hand.” Narrated by Muslim.

Ibn ʿUmar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “None of you should eat with his left hand, nor drink with it, for Satan eats with his left hand and drinks with it.” Narrated by Muslim.

Hadith1636

Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The Jews and the Christians do not dye [their grey hair], so differ from them.” Agreed upon. What is meant is the dyeing of grey hair of the beard and head with yellow or red; as for black, it is prohibited, as we shall mention in the chapter after this, if Allah the Exalted wills.
