١٧٥ - باب استحباب تعجيل المسافر الرجوع إلى أهله إذا قضى حاجته

On the authority of Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Travel is a portion of torment; it deprives one of you of his food, his drink, and his sleep. So when one of you has fulfilled his purpose on his journey, let him hasten back to his family." Agreed upon (al-Bukhārī and Muslim). "Nahmatahu" means: his objective.
