٣٢٠ - باب تحريم قوله: شاهنشاه للسلطان وغيره لأن معناه ملك الملوك، ولا يوصف بذلك غير الله ﷾

From Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: «The most wretched of names in the sight of Allah is a man who calls himself King of Kings.» Agreed upon (al-Bukhārī and Muslim). Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah said: «King of Kings» is like: Shahanshah.
