On the authority of Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Three supplications are answered, without doubt: the supplication of the one who has been wronged, the supplication of the traveller, and the supplication of the parent against his child." Narrated by Abū Dāwūd and al-Tirmidhī, who said: "a good (ḥasan) hadith." The narration of Abū Dāwūd does not include: "against his child."
