As for the apostate, he inherits from no one; the ruling on his property we mentioned in the Book of Jihād.
تحفة الملوكZayn al-Dīn al-Rāzīفصل الكفر كلّه ملَّةٌ واحدةٌ فيرث الكفّار كلّهم بعضهم من بعضٍ: بالنّسب، والنِّكاح، والولاء، إلاّ أن تَخْتَلِفَ دارهم كما مرَّ.
Chapter — unbelief is all one religion: the disbelievers inherit from one another by kinship, marriage, and patronage (walāʾ), unless their abodes differ, as mentioned before
