His situation is suspended regarding another’s property, so his share from it is suspended like the foetus.
وإذاAnd when حكِمَis ruled بموتهِfor his death فمالهso his property لورثتِهfor his heirs الموجودينthe existing عندat الحكمِthe ruling بموته.for his death.
When death is ruled for him, his property belongs to his heirs who exist at the ruling of his death.
والموقوفAnd what was suspended لهfor him منfrom مالِproperty of غيرهanother يرَدّreverts إلىto ورثةِheirs of ذلكthat الغير.other.
What was suspended for him from another’s property reverts to the heirs of that other.
