فصل إذا ماتت جماعةٌ بغرق، أو حريق، أو هدم، ولم يعْلَم ترتيب موتهم جعِلَ كأنّهم ماتوا معاً فمال كلِّ واحدٍ منهم لورثته الأحياء.

Chapter — if a group die by drowning, fire, or collapse, and the order of their deaths is unknown, they are deemed to have died together; each one’s property goes to his living heirs
