- 57فصل الكفر كلّه ملَّةٌ واحدةٌ فيرث الكفّار كلّهم بعضهم من بعضٍ: بالنّسب، والنِّكاح، والولاء، إلاّ أن تَخْتَلِفَ دارهم كما مرَّ.Chapter — unbelief is all one religion: the disbelievers inherit from one another by kinship, marriage, and patronage (walāʾ), unless their abodes differ, as mentioned before
- 58فصل الحمل يوقف له نصيب ابنٍ واحد أو بنت واحدة أيهما كان أكثر،ويقسم الباقي.Chapter — the foetus: a share is suspended for one son or one daughter, whichever is greater, and the remainder is distributed
