And we hold the Congregation to be truth and right guidance, and schism to be deviation and punishment.

The religion of Islam and conclusion
١٩) ؛ ٣) ؛ ٨٥) .
The religion of Allah in the earth and the heaven is one — and it is the religion of Islam; Allah Most High said: {Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam} [Āl ʿImrān: 19]; and He said, Most High: {And I have approved for you Islam as religion} [al-Māʾidah: 3]; and by His saying, Most High: {And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him} [Āl ʿImrān: 85]
This is our religion and our creed, outwardly and inwardly
ونحن برآء إلى الله من كل ما خالف الذي ذكرناه وبيناه، ونسأل الله تعالى أن يثبتنا على الإيمان، ويختم لنا به، ويعصمنا من الأهواء المختلفة، والآراء المتفرقة، والمذاهب الردية مثل: «المشبهة» ، و «الجهمية» ، و «القدرية» ، و «الجبرية» ، وغيرهم من الذين خالفوا الجماعة، وحالفوا الضلالة، ونحن برآء منهم، وهم عندنا ضُلال وأردياء
We are free before Allah from everything that contravenes what we have mentioned and explained; we ask Allah Most High to establish us upon faith, to seal our end with it, and to guard us from divergent desires, scattered opinions, and odious sects such as the anthropomorphists, the Jahmis, the Qadariyyah, the Jabariyyah, and others among those who opposed the Community and allied with error — we are free of them, and in our view they are deviants and odious.
